1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and bb22bet ("Platform", "we", or "us"). By registering, logging in, depositing, placing bets, playing, or using any feature of the bb22bet platform — whether on mobile, tablet, or desktop — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms set out herein.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

Processing Timeframes

• Accounts with full KYC: within 5 minutes of the request;
• Accounts with pending KYC: processing suspended pending completion of verification;
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00: may require additional review of up to 24 hours;
• First withdrawal from the account: may include a security review of up to 24 hours on the first request.

Withdrawal requests made while a bonus balance is still locked will be held until the corresponding rollover requirement is met. Only the real balance (not the bonus balance) is available for immediate withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real balance and is not available for direct withdrawal;
• Bonus balance is only converted to real balance after the rollover requirement specified in the promotion has been met;
• Bets with odds below 1,50 generally do not count toward bonus rollover requirements, unless otherwise stated in the promotion;

General Betting Rules

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the player and accepted by the system;
• Typos or bets placed by mistake are not eligible for cancellation after confirmation, unless a verified system error on the platform's side occurred;
• In the event of a match postponement: if the game is played within 48 hours of the original date, bets remain valid. Otherwise, they are cancelled and the staked amount is refunded;

10Prohibited Conduct
